Please ensure that you contact your bank and notify them of your intent to cancel your homeloan.  You need to provide 90 days written notice of your intent to cancel your bond.  Should you fail to submit your 90 days written notice, you will be liable for the penalty interest which will be calculated pro rata, on the amount of days the bond is cancelled after the time, the cancellation figures were requested and the required 90 days, had run out.  This can leave you on a shortfall and should be taken seriously.
